Cancellation Policy
FTF Coaching Information & Policies FTF Coaching provides specialist goalkeeper coaching in a positive, professional and enjoyable environment. Players should arrive at least five minutes before the session start time and attend with suitable goalkeeper gloves, appropriate footwear and a labelled water bottle. Player welfare is our highest priority. Parents or guardians must inform the coach of any injuries, illnesses or medical conditions which may affect participation. Players who are unwell or injured should not attend until they are fit to train safely. Sessions will continue in most weather conditions, including rain. However, sessions may be cancelled due to severe weather, frozen surfaces or other conditions considered unsafe. Players and parents will be notified as early as possible of any cancellations. FTF Coaching may continue to operate during school holidays, with availability confirmed in advance. Cancellation Policy If a player is unable to attend a session, as much notice as possible should be given. We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can occur and ask that communication is maintained wherever possible. Cancellations 48 hours before session will not get a refund this is due to filling the space again and fees for grounds. Occasionally, sessions may need to be cancelled due to weather, facility closures or circumstances outside of our control. Every effort will be made to provide notice as early as possible. Code of Conduct Players are expected to arrive prepared, work hard, show respect to coaches and fellow players and behave appropriately at all times. Bullying, abusive language or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Parents and spectators are expected to support players positively, respect coaches and other families and allow coaches to deliver sessions without interference. Any behaviour that negatively affects the environment created by FTF Coaching may result in the withdrawal of services. By attending FTF Coaching sessions, players and parents agree to support these policies and help maintain a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
